Magnesium is a wonderful element that our bodies need in order to feel good and often we lack enough. Magnesium helps with sleep, anxiety, pain relief, stress relief, muscle pain, restless legs, cramping, headaches and more. Please note magnesium lotion may feel slightly sticky compared to lotion without magnesium.
Caution as some people do react to magnesium with redness, itching and an allergic reaction, test in a small area and discontinue if a reaction does occur.
