About Me

 Welcome!  Let me introduce myself, my name is Andrea Steele and I live in the beautiful state of Colorado.  I was born and raised in Iowa but always wanted to live where we loved to play.  So in 2014, my family (husband, four children, two dogs, and two cats) and I made the move to Wyoming!  We had never been to Wyoming when we relocated but we loved to play in the west, so we just took the leap.  And so glad we did, I think I was meant to be a Wyomingite!  Even though we loved Wyoming, my professional career then took us to Idaho and now to Colorado.

As a mastered prepared, certified and registered operating room nurse I have held positions as a staff nurse, surgical scrub nurse, circulator nurse, Director of Surgery and I even ventured into an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer position.   My life was busy and yes - stressful - so I took up a hobby, soap making!  I wanted to relieve stress in my life and create simple products that didn't have any harsh skin saddening ingredients in them.  I think my curious, science brain aligned well to creating skin products and with a background as an operating room nurse and leader, I only settle for perfection with evidence to support it.  Well, I accomplished my goal - my skin is SO happy now!

I have since removed most of the professional stress from my life as I went into surgical education, working at our professional organization and now as a system surgical nurse educator within a large health care organization all while having the beautiful Rocky Mountains right out my front door.  

All of the ingredients that I use are purchased from reputable wholesale companies, along with highly researching and creating my product recipes and then testing them on myself, my family, and my friends.  But that is no guarantee that you will love them or that you won't have an adverse reaction.  FDA prohibits the use or the assumption that a product will provide moisture, hydration, reduce acne, reduce wrinkles, reduce aging, etc... so without saying those key words I will just say - my products are Simply Amazing! ...but you are the best judge of your own results.  I hope you give them a try and moreso I hope that you love them too!
